The Rangeland, Wildlife, and Fisheries Management (RWFM) Stewardship Series is a monthly webinar series held on the first Thursday of every month at noon CST. Experts within the field are asked to present on relevant topics surrounding rangeland, wildlife, and fisheries management to deliver the most up to date information directly to our viewers. Managing Vulture on the Texas Landscape

During this presentation we will discuss the two vulture species found in Texas, their basic biology, the ecosystem services they provide, and the damage they can cause in both rural and urban environments. We will also cover the laws and regulations surrounding migratory birds so that attendees can ensure their management efforts do not violate any laws. Finally, we will outline available management tools and how they can be safely and correctly implemented as part of an Integrated Wildlife Damage Management plan to produce the best results.
